Problems logging in?

There could be many reasons that you are having trouble logging in to WildFilmNews so please work through the list of suggestions below in order.

  1. Firstly, it's probably helpful to know exactly what your username is. This is not the same as your email address. Your username may have been chosen by you (or on your behalf) on the Wildscreen Festival website in the past. If you're not sure what your username is, you can type your email address into the box on this page and we'll send you an email that will let you log in once and you can then view your username and reset your password to something you will remember.
  2. Another common cause of login problems is an incorrect password. If you think you know your password then try a couple of times just in case you typed it incorrectly the first time. If you're not sure what your password is then you can type your email address into the box on this page and we'll send you an email that will let you log in once and you can then reset your password to something you will remember. If you know your username but not the email address you registered with, you can use the bottom of the two boxes on this page to ask for the email to be sent to you.
  3. If you don't know your username or password and you no longer have access to the (or can't remember which) email address you registered with, you have two options:
    • If you have received a preview code from Wildscreen in order to get access to WildFilmNews you can still use it to login (although this option will be withdrawn in the future). Click here to do this.
    • If you do not think you have a preview code you will need to contact us and provide as much information as possible so that we may identify you and find your account details.
